yet? JOIN NOW!¡¨, then complete the registration process. |

Even I haven¡¦t finished the entry the verification code,
I see the (picture) sign. Does it mean the failure of registration? |

No. Since the system only recognizes complete verification
code, any other combinations (either incorrect or incomplete)
are regarded as invalid entry. Just enter the complete code,
you will see the (picture) sign. That means your entry is correct.
If the problem persists, please try the following solutions:
1. Use Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or above to visit our site; 2. Delete
cache data in your browser, restart it then retry the registration
process. |

Yes. But all of our online games, privileges
and member activities are for Hong Kong citizens only. |

| |
It is usually related to filtering function of your e-mail
account. It may regard our system message as junk mail, so the
account activation mail has been blocked. Please revise spamming
rule to receive our messages. Or, please specify your problem

Any expiry date of each set of secret code? How can I find
the registration deadline? |

Generally, all secret codes are valid for 90 days (from its
first release date in Hong Kong). No bonus point applies after
expiry.
Corresponding expiry date is displayed at each secret code card;
or, you may check from our monthly eNewsletter or at DvB Fun
Club website. |

Please visit DvB Fun Club website, in Log in at ¡§Member Login¡¨
with your e-mail address and password, then update your personal
details. You may check all the details, including statement,
of your bonus point there. |

Is DvB Fun Club opened to users at all ages? |

Yes. But according to local law, all video products classified
as Category III (by TELA) or indecent (category 2 by OTA) are
restricted to audience at or over 18 years old only. We expect
consumers and hence participants of our online games of these
restricted titles are at or over 18 years old. |
